General Return Guidelines
These are the general return guidelines of OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL and apply only to products purchased directly from us. If you purchased through other channels, contact your supplier for their return policy. To request a refund or replacement, you must comply with all guidelines.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Contact us to obtain one.
- If returning products that contain stored personal data, delete all such data before sending the product(s) to us.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense and may vary depending on the size and weight of the product.
- For large items, keep the original packaging for at least 15 days from delivery in case you need to request a return.
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Any product not purchased from OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL.
- Any product returned without original packaging and all accessories.
- Any product showing physical damage.
- Any product that appears manipulated, customised or altered in any way.
Standard Return Policy
- Refund (non-replacement): within 15 calendar days from the invoice date or delivery date, whichever is later.
- Replacement: within 15 calendar days from the invoice date or delivery date, whichever is later.
- We will offer the option to return the product via a prepaid shipping service. An RMA pickup number can be obtained via the customer portal.
- Return or replacement shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item qualifies for free return.
Return Shipping
- OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL will cover return shipping costs only if the product is defective due to manufacturer fault. The article must be within the return policy period.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for the return.
- For large items, keep the original packaging for at least 15 days within the return period in case of return or replacement.
- Return shipping costs vary according to the size and weight of the product.

Out of stock items (back-order)
If OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL has discontinued a replacement item or it is sold out, a full refund will be issued.
